For When You Need It Yesterday..

Our quoted regular turnaround time is 10 working days. Sometimes a job will be completed much earlier than that - especially a small project.

But we understand that there are occasions where clients may need their project completed by a specific date, closer than 10 working days away. If you definitely need your project completed in a shorter timeframe we offer Priority Service. Perfect for cases where your project is urgent and will need to jump the queue...


Priority Service: We have 4 levels of Priority Service. For when you absolutely, positively have to have it quick!

Conditions:

We consider the timeframe (eg 3 days) as being from the day when we actually receive the media until we deem it ready for pickup or mailout, so mail transit or courier delivery times are not included within our quoted timeframes.

Our mail pickup time is 10am daily.

Priority Service will only be offered in cases where we consider it physically likely that we will be able to complete the project on time. In the unlikely event that we are not able to meet a requested deadline, we will waive the surcharge, but all other fees will still apply.

If we are mailing or couriering your finished project we may ask you for payment before we have completed the project (where costs are known). This is so that there is no added delay waiting for payment to clear. If you do not wish to pay until completion then may we suggest a payment method that does not have a clearance period.

All Priority Service offers are made in good faith. In cases where we are asked by a client to try to meet a deadline that we feel unsure we can meet, all charges including the surcharges will need to be paid in advance. Should we then fail to deliver by the specified deadline, we would agree to refund the surcharge portion only. Please be advised that this is the limit of our liability with regard to our service, and we will not entertain any claims of punitive damages that may arise from our failure to meet a deadline, for any cause.
