Ready to go ahead?...

We’ve tried to make this as painless as possible...

1. Grab an order form. Please contact us either via email, or by phone at 0448 855 056 to let us know to expect your parcel. There’s nearly alway a question or two that need answers, then we email you through the right order form.

2. Post, Courier or Drop-off. If you are on the north side of Brisbane you may prefer to drop off your order in person. Please contact us to arrange an appointment for drop off or pickup of materials.

If you are mailing in your materials, we advise clients to choose Express Post prepaid satchels - they are good value, quick & trackable. If you are worried about especially irreplaceable media you can upgrade to Platinum Express, which is basically Express & Registered Mail combined. We use Express Post to send out all our jobs. We find it extremely reliable - we’ve never had a package go missing yet. Alternately you may choose your favourite courier service.

3. Relax while we set to work. Projects are normally processed in the order in which they are received at our studio. Our standard turnaround time is 10 working days from receiving your media to us shipping your finished product. In practice we often turn around projects much faster, depending on our actual workload at the time your order arrives. Sometimes during very busy periods, or with very large jobs, it can take longer than 10 working days. We’ll advise you at the time of your order if this is likely to affect you.

Sometimes clients may need their project completed by a specific date closer than 10 working days away. We offer Priority Service for cases where your project is urgent and will need to jump the queue...

4. Pay and enjoy.. In most cases payment is required upon completion & then we ship your order out to you. We will contact you upon completion and send you an invoice. Shipping charges (if applicable) will be the cost price of the cheapest Express Post satchel that will do the job. In an effort to be environmentally responsible and to keep your costs to a minimum, we use recycled packaging materials where possible.

Deposits & progress payments: For slideshows and very large transfer projects we require a deposit before we can commence work on your project.

Slideshow: The deposit is 50% of the quoted cost, with the balance due upon completion.

Very Large Projects: For transfer projects expected to exceed $1000, the deposit is 1/2rd of the anticipated cost of the project. Alternately for very large projects you may choose to pay for and recieve your transfers in installments. we call this Staged Delivery. This can work very well for extremely large projects - you get to pay the project off in affordable chunks and you also get to enjoy your DVDs much sooner.

Staged Delivery.. We are happy to break big jobs up into manageable stages - we call it Staged Delivery. This makes it easy for you to pay off the project as budget allows & take the finished stages away with you. We will still allow the full volume discounts to apply, provided that:

(a) The timetable is agreed upon up front. You can let your budget determine the pace at which we tackle the project.. Set a weekly, fortnightly or monthly budget & we will schedule the pace of work to match that.

(b) A deposit is paid. Staged Delivery requires a single payment stage be paid up front as a deposit. For example if we are doing the job over 10 fortnights, we’d require 10% (one payment) as a deposit. Then you’d pay a 10% payment each fortnight as you pickup. Then the last payment is already paid for unless there needs to be some adjustments made... As projected project costs are an estimate, there will almost always be some adjustments made..

(c) All materials are left with us. This gives us both a good faith gesture that the rest of the project is going to happen, as well as allowing us to fill in slower periods by getting a head start on your future stages..

Just wanna pay up-front?.. If your project request is very simple, and we know exactly what it will cost up-front, you may prefer to send in payment with your materials. This will mean quicker dispatch of your order because we will not have to wait for payment to clear. If you’d like to do this please ensure we’ve given you a P&H cost and add that to your total. or you can include a pre-paid satchel, but be careful to allow for the bulk & weight of all the returning materials.
