So You’d Like To Go Ahead...

We have made this as easy and painless as we can..

1. Get an order number. Please contact us either via email, or by phone at 0448 855 056 to let us know you’re sending materials in to us. We’ll give you an order number, and confirm the costs with you (where they can be determined in advance).

2. Post, Courier or Drop-off. If you are on the north side of Brisbane you may prefer to personally drop off your order. Please contact us to arrange an appointment to drop off or pickup your materials.

If you are mailing in your materials, we advise clients to pay the extra for Registered Post - especially if the media is irreplaceable. We find this service, which has a tracking number, to be reliable - we’ve never had a package go missing yet. Alternately you may choose a reputable courier service. Though we are happy to arrange couriers from our end if required, we prefer to let you arrange your own courier.. We just find that in most cases it works smoother that way.

3. Relax while we set to work. Projects are normally processed in the order in which they are received at our offices. Our standard quoted turnaround time is 10 working days from receiving your media to us shipping your finished product. In practice we often turn around projects much faster, depending on our actual workload at the time your order arrives. Conversely, very large transfer jobs can take longer than 10 working days. We’ll advise you at the time of your order if this is likely to affect you.

We also understand that sometimes clients may need their project completed by a specific date, closer than 10 working days away. We offer
Express Service for cases where your project is urgent and will need to jump the queue...

4. Pay and enjoy.. In most cases payment is required upon completion & in advance of us shipping your order out to you. We will contact you upon completion and send you an invoice. P&H charges (if applicable) will be included in your invoice. We use recycled packaging materials wherever possible, to be environmentally responsible and to keep your costs to a minimum. We use postage calculators to estimate your shipping cost, and add a $2 handling fee. In cases where the actual shipping cost exceeds our estimate we will wear the extra costs, but we cannot refund fees should the actual postage be a little less that what we estimated and invoiced.

For slideshows and very large transfer projects we require a deposit before we can commence work on your project.

For slideshows the deposit is 50% of the quoted cost, with the balance due upon completion.

For transfer projects expected to exceed $500, the deposit is 1/3rd of the anticipated cost of the project. Alternately for very large projects you may choose to pay for and recieve your transfers in installments. This can work very well for extremely large projects - you get to pay the project off in affordable chunks and you also get to enjoy your DVDs much sooner.

I just wanna pay up-front.. If your project request is simple, and we know exactly what it will cost up-front, you may prefer to send in payment with your materials. This will mean quicker dispatch of your order because we will not have to wait for payment to clear. If you’d like to do this please ensure we’ve given you a P&H cost and add that to your total.

Payment online via PayPal - either by Credit, Debit card, or from a nominated bank account. Paypal is free and very secure. Please advise us if choosing Paypal, and we will send you a payment request.
