All Audio Transfers are performed on professional level studio equipment, and include basic hiss/hum reduction performed on Apple Soundtrack Pro software. More advanced noise reduction can be requested if desired, or we may suggest to you that a particular source might benefit from the more advanced service.

There are a lot of different formats out there in the reel to reel world.. differing tape widths, recording speeds and track formats (2, 4, 8 & 16 track, mono, stereo etc). Because of this, if you don’t know what you have we will have to test the reel to ensure that we have a machine capable of playing the tape back correctly. We charge a $5.00 per reel testing fee refundable against the actual transfer costs if we are able to transfer the tapes. In the event we are unable to help you, you would also be resposible for return postage costs.
