All Audio Transfers are performed on professional level studio equipment, and include basic hiss/hum reduction performed on Apple Soundtrack Pro software. More advanced noise reduction can be requested if desired, or we may suggest to you that a particular source might benefit from the more advanced service.

Our standard offering is our Budget Audio Transfer service - which is basically a high quality ”digital clone” of your original media with basic hiss/hum reduction applied. Additionally, because of the nature of this particular medium (vinyl) we also visually inspect the resulting waveform for evidence of jumps in the recording that result in a “stuck record” syndrome. These jumps we remove as best we can. This same attention does not apply to jumps from one track to another that do not cause a repeat, such jumps being undetectable short of careful listening through of the entire recording - a job well beyond the scope of a Budget Transfer service offering.
